Mosaic Challenge for teambuilding and corporate events

Numbers:       15 – 500 participants

 

Location:        We travel to any venue or location in the UK

 

Times:            1 ½ to 2 ½ hours

 

Overview:

Mosaic is a simple but very effective form of art and we have created a

fantastic challenge that brings this art form, and team work together.

This imaginative and creative event gives individuals the chance to

unleash their hidden talents along with negotiating skills in a motivational

and fun environment.

 

Objectives:

·         To be aware of the bigger picture rather than focusing on 

          individual tasks

·         Improve communication

·         To encourage creativity

·         Revitalise a one team philosophy

·         To learn a new skill

·         To demonstrate that teamwork gets better results than working alone

 

Design:

 

There are a few options for the design:

·         Company Logo

·         Design created by group on the day or in advance

·         We design the whole picture using company messages and visions

·         Photos can be pixelated. Perhaps key members of the team can be mosaicked?

          On the event day each team is given a theme or message to depict in their section (most popular).

The Result:

·         A motivated team with a sense of unity and group achievement.

·         An improved understanding of team dynamics and efficiencies.

·         Lasting memories of the day when you and your team made a difference.

·         Event Manager

·         Experienced  Art Tutors

·         Team Packs

·         £2 Million Public Liability Insurance

·         Transport (Surcharges apply outside a 50 mile radius of M25)

·         Disposable aprons for all guests

·         Table Covers

·         All equipment and materials

·         Mosaic grouted and delivered back to client

 

Requirements from venue/client:

·         Minimum of 1 x  5ft round tables per team

·         2 x  6ft rectangle tables for equipment

·         Chairs

 

Cost: Guidelines:

One of event Fee: £1,295 includes 15 people.

Then £40 per person thereafter
